Emmaus Centre @ St Christopher's Church, Tawa

The Emmaus Centre at Tawa-Linden Anglican Church includes rooms which can be booked for a range of private and community functions. Three large meeting rooms are connected by large folding doors, which can be opened to create flexible meeting spaces suitable for large group gatherings. A separate small meeting room can accomdate up to about ten people. All rooms including shower and toilet facilities are accessed through the central hallway.
Seating is available for approximately 60 people. Folding tables (seat 6-8) are available on request. A well equipped kitchen includes stove, two ovens, microwave, hot water heater, steriliser, cutlery, cups and plates for up to 100 people , and some serving platters. |

The South Room of the Emmaus Centre at St Christopher's Church is a largest meeting room (15.8 x 6m) , and can be extended by opening folding doors to the middle and north rooms. Hard floor on approximately half of the room and doors directly into the kitchen (far left on the adjacent picture) and hall make this room suitable for meals and catered meetings.

The western portion of the room is carpeted. Large folding doors can be opened into the adjacent middle room, creating a larger space.

The North Room (8.8 x 5.7m) of the Emmaus Centre at St Christopher's Church, Tawa, is a carpeted room with an area of hard flooring around a small kitchen work bench and sink. Folding doors connect to the middle room. There is outdoor ramp access directly into the North Room.
