Mission: Tawa-Linden Anglican Church Action In our Community and Beyond

Local Mission at Tawa-Linden Anglican Church
At Tawa-Linden Anglican Church we try to take our Christian message and action out into our local community. A range of local mission activities include:
  • Community partnerships supporting Linden School and Porirua Language Project
  • Service Sunday on the fifth Sunday of the month when practical service projects are carried out in Tawa-Linden
  • Tawa Food Bank - we collect food and refer people to the Tawa Food Bank run by Tawa Salvation Army
  • Ezee Meals - the Church Office is a distribution point for frozen "heat and eat" Ezee Meals
  • Emergency Meals for families in need
Overseas Mission  at Tawa-Linden Anglican Church
Tawa-Linden Anglican Church supports overseas mission through New Zealand Anglican Missions. We also suppport six families with close links to our church who are involved in mission work overseas.
